Nobody seems to want to talk openly about their experiences with anxiety and/or panic attacks. No one wants to go there, as they feel that they will be labeled with some psychological disorder, or mental illness, or worse be thought of as just plain crazy.

Sometimes, in order to get well and heal, one must first understand what is going on.
How exactly are we unbalanced; physically, mentally or spiritually?
